The meet place is at your hotel lobby. Driver will hold your name board to meet you there. Usually, the pick-up time is 3.5-4 hours before international flight, 2.5-3 hours before domestic flight. Your pick-up name, hotel, flight number need to be provided.

Please Note:
1. If you are unable to find the driver, it’s your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher for assistant, before making alternative arrangements.
2. If your pickup/drop off details change, please tell us as early as possible.
3. Unless otherwise stated, 1 piece of medium sized luggage is allowed per person, Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage is more please book the bigger vehicle.
