This tour was extremely well organised! Contrary to the previous reviews, my experience was the exact opposite! The vehicle was extremely comfortable, the tour guide, Michael was very hospitable and welcoming and took good care of our needs! We were very lucky to have a clear and perfect view of Mount Kinabalu! This is definitely a good day trip worth going for especially when in Kota Kinabalu! Would definitely recommend!

The driver is superb. Salute him to keep us safe by his driving skills in the mountain route. This trip required a lot of climbing so take note of this

2 star give to the tour guide Kenneth, energized & passion. Others than that, no more to recommend. The van much maintenance needed, broken seat, no neck rest at seat, air con not cooling, total 7 hours of driving, kind of suffering. The road go to desa park and Kinabalu park like Genting, pls prepare motion sickness pills. Desa park no adult cow, only few small cow. Cow shit can smell from 360 angle, no nice photo, mountain Kinabalu blocked. Public Hot spring just a small pondok, the pool in the photo need extra pay. Also friendly remind that Malaysia having 35-40°c at outdoor, hot spring... Hmm... Conopy walk- for elder and who don't like sport don't go, need keep climbing stairsssssssss.

The tour was good, but the service from Pedago very bad. I have rarely experienced such poor customer service! Everyone involved, including the local tour operator, denied all responsibility until the very end. Fuzah (Pedago) admitted the mistakes but offered no satisfactory solution for the customer! Such employees have no place in customer service… The only bright spot was Riki (Pedago), who resolved the issue and refunded the outstanding amount. I will never book with Pedago again and absolutely cannot recommend this tour operator!
