After your identity verification process is completed by our staff, your luggage will be carried and escorted to the car. You will reach your destination with our driver, who has a safe driving certificate, and our latest model Mercedes vehicles. You have the right to make us wait for the first 90 minutes from your plane’s landing time. If you are not present at the pick-up point and cannot be contacted within this period, without prior notice, your transfer service will be considered completed, and you will not be entitled to a refund due to negligence.
