Pick-up time may fluctuate 5-15 minutes if we have multiple customers. We will not take extra passengers not on our tour list

Cancellation Policy:

Full Refund: If you cancel 6 or more days before the scheduled tour date.
50% Refund: If you cancel between 3 to 5 days before the scheduled tour date.
No Refund: If you cancel less than 3 days before the scheduled date.

-No refunds for weather unless Hanauma closes.
