When redeeming the ticket, the starting date must be selected, and the ticket must be used within three (3) consecutive days. The validity period may not be changed if the ticket expires
The "WEST QR E-Ticket" is used differently from the "physical ticket". There is no need to exchange tickets at the station. You only need your smartphone to use the ticket and access the ride.
Please note that you must purchase a separate limited express ticket when riding the Kansai Airport Express "HARUKA" and other limited express trains. Please click the product link on the right to purchase HARUKA tickets.
Use your smartphone to visit the "WEST QR Service Website" and scan the QR Code to pass through the automatic ticket gate. For detailed instructions, please refer to this guide.
If you hold an adult or child WEST QR ticket, you can bring up to 2 children (1-5 years old) with you for free, the third and subsequent children will need a WEST QR child ticket. Free admission for infants under 1 year old.
Each infant requires a WEST QR child ticket if the following conditions are met: When the infant is occupying a reserved seat alone, or when the infant is travelling alone.
- Each ticket must be used within its validity period; Invalid after expiration
- [Physical Ticket] Valid for exchange within 90 days from the date of issue specified on the voucher. [WEST QR E-Ticket] Valid until March 31, 2027.
- Free cancellation is available for unused vouchers within 90day(s) of booking

ステップ1 – チケットの種類を選択（通過）
E-Ticket / Physical TicketWEST QR E-Ticket（交換不要、スマートフォン使用）または物理チケット（現地での引き換えが必要）のいずれかを選択します。ステップ2 – Eバウチャーを受け取る（通過）
Instant Confirmationご予約後、すぐにEバウチャーが届きます。駅での本人確認、またはQRチケットの登録にパスポートをご用意ください。ステップ3 – 引き換え（物理チケット）
Redeem within 90 Days発行後90日以内に、指定のグリーン券売機またはチケットオフィスでEバウチャーとパスポートをご提示ください。ご利用開始日を選択し、チケットをお受け取りください。乗車駅：関西空港、京都、新大阪、大阪、三宮、奈良。ステップ4 – WEST QR Eチケットを使用する（交換は不要）
