Must Know
- As of 12 March 2026, Majestic Fast Ferry has mandated a fuel surcharge fee per passenger. Departure from Singapore (HarbourFront Centre / Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal): SGD 6.00. Departure from Batam Ports (Batam Centre / Sekupang / Tanjung Pinang): IDR 65,000. This surcharge amount is excluded from your payment to Pelago and is to be paid directly at the ferry terminal counter.
- Effective 1 September 2025, all visitors must complete the Indonesia Arrival Card ("White Card") via the All Indonesia website or mobile app at least 3 days before departure.

- No bookings are available on the eve of public holidays and long weekends; open-dated ticket holders must walk in to obtain boarding passes.
- Dangerous items including weapons, explosives, and incendiary devices are strictly prohibited.
Eligibility

- Indonesian Passport Only tickets are valid strictly for Indonesian nationals and require verification.
- Singapore Permanent Resident holders must complete the arrival card but do not require an online visa.

- There are no discounted rates for children or infants for this ferry service.
