After passing through the arch, Diamond Tour customers must look for the Loro Explore agents to arrange the guided tour (in front of the Thai Kiosk). They are easily recognisable, they wear a blue shirt with the Loro Explore logo on it
Guests are advised to arrive early at the park to avoid any rush
