I used it kindly and conveniently when I went to and from the Giza to accommodation at Cairo Airport. Abdu, the person in charge, introduced various tourist attractions and waited before the appointment time and was able to move right away.

The driver was late for pick up despite advising will be waiting outside arrival hall with placard; Also, the arrangement was for airport/hotel pick up and drop off. However, agent/driver WhatsApp for an additional USD20 for hotel/airport drop off, if required. I did not use the return trip.
