Reservation of Service:
The client logs into the Viator platform and selects the transfer service in Guatemala.
Choose the type of transfer (airport to tourist city/hotel or vice versa). Take into account that travel is only one way, bone only one way. If you wish to return to your destination, you can make another reservation through the Viator platform.
Complete the required details: date, time, number of passengers, and pick-up or destination address.
Checkout and receive a booking confirmation with full details.

Preparation for Transfer:
We will contact you to provide driver information, vehicle type, and an emergency contact number.

Transfer Day:
The driver arrives at the meeting point (airport or specified address) at the agreed time.
The driver carries a sign with the client's name to facilitate the encounter.
The customer receives assistance with their luggage.

During the Transfer:
The trip takes place in a comfortable and safe vehicle, appropriate to the number of passengers and luggage.
The driver follows the most efficient route, ensuring a quiet and punctual journey.

Point of Arrival:
The driver makes sure to arrive at the specified destination (hotel, tourist town, or airport).
Assist the customer with luggage during disembarkation.
The completion of the service is confirmed and the customer is cordially dismissed.

The vehicle type shall be assigned according to the number of passengers: 1 or 2 passengers in sedan, 3 or 4 passengers in SUV, and groups of more than 4 to 7 passengers in Hyundai Starex or similar type minibus. All transfers are private and in air-conditioned vehicles.
