Highlights

We visit Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Laikipia county. Ol Pejeta conservancy is set between Mt Kenya and Aberdare Ranges and is cut across by Equator line. Africa’s most iconic species hunt, graze, breed and fight for survival on the plains of Ol Pejeta every day, in an ecosystem that has the highest densities of wildlife in Kenya outside of the Maasai Mara. We will be involved in game drives both morning and afternoon and amazing lion tracking.


Inside the conservancy, we have the Sweet waters chimpanzee sanctuary. It provides lifelong refuge to orphaned and abused chimpanzees from West and Central Africa. Over the last decade, Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary has been compelled to keep accepting chimpanzees rescued from traumatic situations.

    Game drives Visit Sweet waters Chimpanzee Sanctuary located inside the conservancy Depart Nairobi after breakfast and drive through the slopes of Mt Kenya to Ol Pejeta Stop Over at Nanyuki Equator point before proceeding to Ol Pejeta Arrive by 11.30 AM and proceed to Sweet Waters Tented Camp arriving in time for lunch. After lunch relax and end out for a late afternoon game drive visiting the Chimpanzee sanctuary before proceeding with the game drive, later returning to the camp for dinner and overnight.     5 hoursAdmission Ticket Not Included
    Lion Tracking in the morning Guests will be picked up at 6.30 am in a Conservancy vehicle; the tracking will finish at around 8.30 am. You are required to remain in the vehicle at all times. Drinking water, lion ID sheets, and pens will be provided and we would recommend that clients come with their cameras and binoculars. Vehicle seats 6 people and is not the exclusive use. Then return to the camp for breakfast, Later prepare to checkout and leave with game drive en route. We shall then leave Ol Pejeta and drive back to Nairobi and be dropped at the airport or hotel upon arrival.
