Quick and efficient, packed and shuffled together like organized sardines. There was a ticketing hiccup that scared me for a moment, but it was quickly resolved. They did not require passports at ticketing, which made for more fluid transport.
Good experience redeeming the tickets. Calm and clear check in place.

The boat left early and we couldnt make it. We didnt want refund only rebooking at a different date but we didnt receive any help. They do not have any number to contact even. No one contacted us after booking and on the day of travelling they just left. Wouldnt recommend. instead book directly with the ferry company as they do not even recognise third party booking.
