Driver was waiting at arrivals when we landed so no waiting. Car was a short distance away so easy to get to and trip to hotel was excellent. Would definitely use again
Received separate confirmation via WhatsApp from Pelago’s allocated tour agency in Langkawi next day upon Pelago’s confirmation via its app. Thereafter, one day before arrival. the driver WhatsApp me sharing his name/contact & vehicle number. 杨洋, the driver was v professional & helpful, his van was clean & comfy too!
