Baggage: Each passenger is limited to one suitcase and one carry-on bag. All baggage, including snowboards and ski equipment brought by the passenger, is at the passenger's own risk. Travel insurance for personal belongings (including rented equipment) is strongly recommended.
Accommodation Information:
During the stay, any damage to the facilities in the room caused by the guest shall be compensated by the guest at the original price.
If the key is lost, the tourist shall bear the cost of replacing or reissuing the key.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Any additional cleaning fees or fines incurred as a result will be borne by the guest.
Room type description:
2-person room: Guaranteed to provide 2 beds, but there may be more than 2 beds in the room.
Room types such as 3-person rooms and 4-person rooms are similar, only guaranteeing the number of beds for the corresponding number of people, but not guaranteeing that the number of beds in the room will equal the number of occupants. The final room type and bed type are subject to the check-in date.
Ski equipment and ski suit rental:
Tourists must use the rented ski equipment, ski suits, and other items properly and keep them safe themselves.
If any damage or loss occurs during the rental period, the resulting repair or compensation costs shall be borne by the tourist.
The travel agency will arrange the rental and return locations and times for ski equipment and related supplies.
Tourists must confirm the quantity, model, and condition of the equipment they rent on the spot. Payment is considered to confirm that the equipment is in good condition once payment is made.
