Must Know
Tour disruptions: the towers may close for reasons out of the supplier's control, such as strong winds, or elevator maintenance. In such cases, the tour will depart as planned and a refund of 10€ will be granted.
Pre Purchase
The way up is covered by an elevator, while the way down must be covered on foot. There are about 400 steps.
Children under 6 years old are not allowed to go up the tower
Usage
Show your mobile voucher to the staff at The Touring Pandas office. Once you reach the meeting point, walk past the automatic doors and find the supplier inside local 3 inside the gallery building
Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in
Post Purchase
The Sagrada Familia asks all visitors to wear clothes covering your knees and shoulders. The staff at the entrance may prevent visitors from accessing if their outfit is not appropriate for the church. In those cases, no refund is applicable as this is out of the supplier's control.
