— Late-night charges —

  • Late-night charges will be calculated based on the pick-up time
  • Late-night charge applies to: Pick-ups between 10:00 pm–5:00 am
  • If a taxi is arranged at 9:50 pm and enters the late-night zone during the service, you can request the daytime rate


— Additional Charges —

  • Pick-up time:
    - The first 30 minutes from the assigned time are free of charge. After that, an additional fee of JP¥4,000 will be charged every 30 minutes
    *Please pay the additional fee directly to the driver


— Reservation —

  • Reservations are accepted from 180 days to 4 days prior to the date of service
  • We will notify you of availability within 2 days of receiving your reservation
  • Reservations made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be confirmed on the next business day
  • Please register a mobile phone number and email address that can be contacted during your stay in Japan
  • When making a reservation, please provide your destination (building name or address, etc.)
  • The rates listed for this service are per vehicle and do not vary based on the number of passengers
  • Service may be denied if the recommended passenger and luggage limit (1 item: 24 inches) is exceeded
  • Our airport taxi service only has Japanese-speaking drivers
  • If you have language difficulties, our customer service will assist you


— Cancellations —

  • Free cancellation up to 2 days in advance
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the ride will incur a 100% taxi fare charge
Reminders
After passing through customs, please go to the arrival exit and proceed to the pick-up taxi meeting point.
The vehicle will be dispatched one hour after your flight's arrival time, and a placard with your name on it will be displayed at the meeting point.
When dispatching a vehicle, it will be dispatched to the entrance of the building at the time of service specified by the customer, and a placard with the customer's name will be displayed.
When using the service, please be sure to bring the email we sent you confirming your booking.
Please call the designated contact number to reconfirm the pickup time. If you do not contact us and are unable to use this service, we will not be able to refund or reschedule your trip.
If you are late for the service due to your own reasons, or if the driver is unable to arrive due to traffic congestion or other reasons beyond the driver's control, you will be required to pay an additional fee. In such cases, the driver will present you with a detailed fee statement, which you can pay by cash or credit card.
Information about the driver and pick-up vehicle will be sent to you by email by 18:00 (Japan time) the day before your trip. In the unlikely event that there is a delay in sending the information due to logistical reasons, we will contact you in advance, so if you have not received a response by 18:00, please contact customer service.
