The modernized architectural factory offers visitors the chance to witness how the tea leaves are processed from plant to teapot. The leaves are hand-picked from the surrounding gardens, which exude a fresh and woody smell during the process of oxidization. The successful sale of the Bois Cheri tea started in the 19th century and enjoys popularity today with a production of up to 700 tons of tea every year.
