Booking Confirmation
Once we receive your information, we will confirm the service details, including vehicle, driver, and the exact pick-up time.
The customer will receive a confirmation notification and prepare for the trip.

Step 1: Pick-up
On the scheduled day and time, the driver will arrive at the pick-up location on time.
The driver will pick up the customer at the agreed location (hotel, airport, or other locations).
The customer will be assisted with their luggage and escorted to the vehicle.

Step 2: The Journey
The journey from Da Nang to Hot Springs Park will begin.
The vehicle will travel comfortably and safely, and the driver will assist if the customer requests a stop for photos or rest.
The travel time is approximately 50-70 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

Step 3: Arrival at Destination
The vehicle will take the customer to Hot Springs Park at the scheduled time.
The driver will assist the customer in getting out of the car and bid farewell.

Step 4: Drop-off
When the customer has finished their visit and is ready to return, they simply need to notify us.
The vehicle will pick up the customer at the agreed location and take them back to Da Nang or another requested destination.

Step 5: Service Completion
After the journey is complete, the customer will be dropped off at the requested location.
