Upon your arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport, the butler and buggy will be waiting for you at the arrival gate, holding a sign with your name. The buggy will take you to the immigration area, where the butler will guide you through airport formalities, such as immigration and customs, and assist you with baggage handling.
Remark: Buggy service is unavailable for arrival flights at Satellite 1 (SAT-1), Gate D4, D6, and Bus Gates due to their proximity to the immigration area. Customers are eligible for a THB 900 refund (request for refund within 14 days of the original travel date), which will be refund processed within 30 business days of the service date.

arrival gate with a sign displaying your name. They will help with your

The service cannot be held responsible for the safety of passengers, lost/damage of property or any potential consequences resulting from missed flights.
All passengers are required to go through immigration and customs procedures. Please be aware that your personal assistance will not be able to accompany you during these processes.
This voucher specifies a Departure or Arrival service at Suvarnabhumi Airport only. Two vouchers are required for round-trip (Departure and Arrival) service.

SAWASDEE Pass maintains the right to decline service for any additional passengers or checked baggage that exceeds the number declared in the booking, with no refund provided.
- The service duration is limited to 3 hours.
- Any additional checked baggage, including extra-large items, beyond the declared quantity, will incur a charge of 500 THB per piece (VAT inclusive).
- One-time change to your booking at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight is permitted, however, it is subject to service availability.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance. Please cancel your booking at least 2 days before your departure or arrival flight.
- Full charges will apply in the event of a no-show by passengers.

- Our staff will contact you to confirm your meeting time one day before the booking date.

- The package is tailored for one adult and one child under the age of 5, with a height requirement below 120 cm, and includes allowances for two checked bags.

Great service and very fast
the staff that was assigned to me was outstanding but I was brought to the priority lane instead of the fast track lane shown in the photo, the priority lane then had a few people in the end i used the machine that accepted my passport, so if you are holding asian passport this service is not necessary
