Transportation is provided directly from the center of Lisbon to the beach where the surfing lesson takes place. Depending on traffic, this trip takes about 30 minutes. When we arrive at the beach, we start the activity and prepare all the equipment, put on our wetsuits and go down to the sand. We begin with a brief theoretical explanation about surfing, sea conditions and safety. We start the sport with a warm-up and quickly start with the surfing technique, where I will explain all the steps necessary to start surfing, such as lying down, paddling and standing up on the board and gliding on the waves so that you can catch lots of waves and have the best surfing experience! Fun is guaranteed! For more advanced students, we will work on perfecting their technique and also learning new maneuvers, improving your surfing and, above all, having fun. In the sea, I will always be by your side to accompany and help you! Remember that the best surfer is always the one who has the most fun :) Let's go!
