During the experience we will see all the process of mozzarella production used in the High Amalfi Coast for centuries. We will discover how to make this type of cheese from scratch, we will also make gnocchi, and the guests will have the possibility to see a breathtaking viewpoint of the Amalfi Coast. All of the products that guests will be tasting and using during the experience are produced by me in the farm.
