15 minsAdmission Ticket Not IncludedOptional: Shima is a historical geisha house in the Higashi Chaya-gai district of Kanazawa. The building is now a museum and gives visitors a look at the life of the geisha who once entertained here.Kazuemachi Chayagai
20 minsAdmission Ticket FreeAdjacent to Higashiyama chaya district, Kazuemachi offers the experience of traditional places of entertainment and dining in a uniquely Japanese setting, but is less crowded compared with the more famous Higashiyama. Ideal location for photo shoots.Kenrokuen Garden
1 hoursAdmission Ticket Not IncludedKenrokuen is justifiably classified as one of Japan's ‘three most beautiful landscape gardens’. The spacious grounds used to be the outer garden of Kanazawa Castle, constructed by the ruling Maeda family over a period of nearly two centuries. Opened to the public in 1871, Kenrokuen features a variety of flowering trees which provide the garden with different aspects and features depending on the season. My personal favourite is Spring, but Nno matter what time of year, you won’t want to miss a visit to this magnificent, quintessential Japanese garden. You cannot miss a photo session here.
