The driver arrived at the hotel before the pickup time. His car was new and comfortable. He was courteous and provided helpful tips about traveling in Luang Prabang.
My driver was waiting for me at the exit with a sign displaying my name. He was very courteous and drove carefully and safely throughout the trip.
No car at airport at booking time. Contacted the company and they said someone was waiting for me. They lied. 45 minutes later a driver arrived and she said she had only just received the booking. Do not use this service.
The driver did not arrive on time for the 11:30 a.m. pickup at the hotel, and I had to contact Pelago. After more than 15 minutes, he finally arrived. My sister and I were a bit nervous, and I am not sure if the driver would have shown up if I had not contacted Pelago.
