Conditions of Use: The digital ticket can be used on any day within the validity period of the Yurikamome 24-hour ticket, from the first train to the last train.

A smartphone with internet access

To board, open the usage screen by following the link in the voucher sent to you at the time of purchase on your smartphone. Display the boarding QR code and scan it at the QR code-compatible ticket gate to enter and exit the station.
*Please ensure you have a stable network connection, as you will need to access the web page on your smartphone.
*Screenshots and printed copies cannot be accepted.

Even if you purchase multiple tickets, you can use them all on a single smartphone.
If someone other than the purchaser (e.g., a child) wishes to use a different mobile device, the tickets can be transferred to each device.

After pressing the "Assign" button, it may take a few seconds for the ticket URL to be copied (displayed). While the assignment is processing, please wait without scanning the QR code at the ticket gate. Once the assignment is complete, please send the URL to your companion(s). If you press the "Assign" button by mistake, the assignment cannot be canceled — you can simply use the QR code as is. Alternatively, you can press the "Reassign" button, then paste the copied ticket URL into a browser such as Chrome, or save it in a notes app, to open and use the ticket.

If your ticket cannot be displayed due to a device malfunction, a dead battery, or an unstable communication service, you will not be able to use the service. In such cases, please pay the fare separately before using the service. Please note that any fares paid separately during the period when your ticket cannot be displayed are non-refundable.

Refunds are available only before use within the validity period. A ¥220 processing fee applies per ticket.
