A day prior to the tour date, we received email confirmation from the company called “International Ticket & Travel Center”. We needed to pick up the vouchers from the office located near Füssen train station at 9:30am on the day of the tour. Once we arrived at the office, we got the tickets immediately. They were so friendly and explained us everything we needed to know. We then drove to the castle and walked up to the castle. Our audio guided tour started at 11:35am. Once we scanned the tickets at the gate, went inside of the castle, we received the audio guide equipment. Since we drove a car, it was easy to pick up the tickets at the office and ahead to the castle. If you don’t have a car, then you need to take a bus to the castle, however, 2 hours is enough time to get to the castle for 11:35 audio tour.
