The driver was also punctual and the car was clean and comfortable. Everything was smooth and hassle-free, especially after a long flight. I really appreciated the great service and would definitely recommend it!

Excellent airport transfer service! The staff member was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. She contacted me promptly and waited patiently at Gate 3 while I was delayed collecting my luggage. She kept the communication clear and made it very easy to find her at the airport. Very good service. Bangkok was flooded. Pelago upgraded my sedan car to a Van so that the travel will be eased. Very thankful for that.

Reservation was confirmed a day in advance with the service providers details. Upon arrival at the airport, there was a meet and greet with photos via WhatsApp. The car was clean and the driver was polite. Professional service all round. Highly recommended.

Booking of Camry saloon car was changed to a MPV. Driver drove carefully and kept within speed limit. He was kind and helped us to load and unload our 3 large suit cases.

集合指示很清楚，很準時到達，司機開車也很安全 不過如果航班延誤，發聯絡到司機改時間

We booked our airport transfer through Pelago and it was one of the least stressful parts of travelling with a baby. The booking itself was straightforward: private vehicle, meet-and-greet, and the option to request a child seat in advance. Confirmation and driver details arrived clearly, and flight tracking meant we didn’t have to panic when we were delayed. Hospitality stood out immediately. The driver was waiting with a name sign after arrivals, greeted us warmly, and didn’t rush us while we managed the baby, stroller, and bags. He helped with luggage and the stroller without being asked, checked that the baby was settled before we left, and drove smoothly. That kind of patience after a long flight makes a real difference. Conveniences with an infant were practical rather than flashy. A spacious vehicle (MPV/minivan-style) meant room for the stroller and bags without everything piled on our laps. Air-conditioning, bottled water, and a clean interior helped. Where a child seat was requested, it was available; otherwise the driver was flexible about seating so the baby could be held safely. Waiting time at the airport was generous enough that we weren’t hustled out while dealing with immigration and a tired infant. Overall it felt like a private, family-aware pickup rather than a generic taxi. For parents who want less chaos at the airport, Pelago’s partner transfers are easy to recommend — especially when staff treat a baby as part of the group, not an inconvenience.

The entire experience was smooth, we didn’t wait for too long for the driver to pick us up at the arrival.
