Senhora da Rocha Chapel on top of a big cliff... this is a pearl placed in a rocky spot over the sea was once a fortress that was built to protect the fishing communities from the attacks of pirates. After lunch in Silves, it´s time to visit Carvoeiro. Carvoeiro is a picturesque gem that captivates visitors with its natural beauty and quaint charm. The first thing that strikes you about Carvoeiro is the dramatic coastline and crystal-clear turquoise waters, creating a breathtaking backdrop.
For those who like to walk a little, there will be time for a wonderful walk of a few minutes along the rocks across a wooden walkway, between AlgarSeco and Carvoeiro, where two pearls of our coast are located.
