The person registering the SIM card at the collection point needs to be at least 15 years old.

For Physical SIM Cards, a full refund will be processed if cancelled before the date of selection. No refunds or cancellations for eSIM.

To redeem your Physical SIM Card, present your confirmation voucher and passport (for verification and identification purposes) at the redemption points indicated below. Thereafter, download the Singtel hi! App to track your data usage after SIM Card activation.

Cheers Convenience Store (near Belts 3 & 4), 01-09 for redemption will be available from 10 - 11 September 2024 between 10am to 6pm.

• Simply key in your unique booking confirmation code GTXXXXXX (starting with GT) here within 60 days from date of purchase to redeem your eSIM with your travel details.
• Upon successful redemption, you will receive your eSIM registration email and you must set up your eSIM by downloading Singtel hi!App within 90 days from your date of arrival to prevent it from expiring.
• After setting up, follow this guide to install your eSIM.

Upon booking confirmation, SIM card must be redeemed within 60 days from the date of purchase.
