A PDF voucher with your seat number will be sent to you by email the day before the event. Please present one ticket per person to the on-site staff on the day of the event. Please note that the internet connection at the venue may be unstable on the day of the event, so please save the voucher by screen capture or print it out in advance.

• Preschool children may ride free of charge, provided they sit on one parent's lap. However, if a seat is required, a fee will be charged.
  
• There are some seats where it may be difficult to see due to speakers, etc.
  
• The event will be held rain or shine (in the event of bad weather or storms, the event will be postponed to the following day. If the weather is still bad the following day, the event will be cancelled)
  
• Please note that no refunds will be given if the tour is terminated midway.
  
• Resale is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
  
• Tickets that have been resold at auctions or have had the information tampered with or altered are invalid. Please note that in such cases, you will not be able to enter the venue. We are also not responsible for any problems that may arise from tickets purchased through resale.
