• You must arrive at the massage shop 15 minutes before your reservation time to receive all prepared massage programs.
• If you do not arrive at the massage shop within 15 minutes of your scheduled reservation time on the same day, it will be treated as a NO-SHOW and no refund will be given.
• If you arrive later than your scheduled massage time, we will provide you with a massage for the remaining time only.
• Please keep your valuables with you and be careful not to cause any safety accidents due to carelessness when using the product.
• Please be careful as you are responsible for any loss of valuables or safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase individual travel insurance prior to use.
• All options include tips in the rates, so you don't have to pay extra.

• Pregnancy massage is available for all months.
• Please be sure to inform reception that you are pregnant.
  

[Children's Policy]

• Children are between 5 and 9 years old.
• Massages are not available for children under 4 years of age, and babysitting is not provided.
• For children who are not receiving massages, you can relax in the customer waiting area. Or, we will try our best to help you relax in the massage room together, but this may vary depending on the reservation status.
