The cruise has open departure times and does not require a timeslot
The visit to the Heineken Experience is approximately 1.5 hours

Usage
Show your mobile voucher to the staff while boarding the cruise and at the entrance to the Heineken Experience
Arrive at the departure dock at least 15 minutes before departure
The canal cruise can be taken before or after your Heineken Experience visit
Flexible boarding times apply to the canal cruise ticket
The 45-minute cruises are one-way routes
The 75-minute cruise returns to the original departure point. It departs from and returns to the dock opposite the Heineken Experience
Cruise Departures from the Heineken Experience dock: 12:30, 14:00, 16:00, 17:30, 19:00

Dock 2: Stadhouderskade 550, opposite Heineken Experience. Nearest tram stops: Rijksmuseum (lines 2, 12) or Vijzelgracht (metro 52). 5-minute or 2-minute walk, respectively
