Supplier provides 24hrs operation services for Airport Arrival (Please make sure to indicate flight arrival detail, so it's able to cater the transfer arrangement)
Redeem your voucher at the counter and then take a 10-min bus ride to Caticlan Jetty Port
- Upon arrival at Caticlan Jetty Port, board a 30-min boat ride heading toward Boracay
- Allowed 2 hand-carried luggages and 1 check-in bag per passenger
- Our staff will assist you in boarding a shared-ride transfer service to your hotel in Boracay upon arrival at Boracay Jetty Port

What I booked was a one-way trip to Caticlan airport. I was initially worried since none of the numbers I texted responded to me with my questions (which is why it's one star less). That said, you will NOT be picked up from your hotel. Your starting point would be the nearest HOHO drop-off/pickup point at the main road. If you are currently staying at the beachfront, you might need some help going there. From the HOHO pick/up drop off point, it is smooth sailing as it can be. The staff will assist you throughout from the HOHO bus, to the port, to the boat, to the port, to the van, to the airport. Just show your voucher. To note, their partner company is Southwest. Will probably book again since it's cheap.
Went really smooth! Had very little wait time and disruption. Altho it's not clear what the difference may be for Premium vs Value. We took Premium in the end tho, no complains.
Overall good but unable to notice what is the special for premium service. There is no exclusive lounge as per advertised. You also need to tip for any porter service. So not sure what the main difference between premium and standard. The transfer from airport portion is a little messy. Yes they did gave another color tag for your sticker name tag. But you do all the stuff together with those of another color tag too. Subsequently at pier, no lounge is sighted. You are then given the a red tag. When they call for green tag boarding. They ask you to go together with them. There is no difference between red and green tags. The guide will assign you a porter without telling you that tips will be required. So it’s is not pleasant when suddenly the porter ask you for tips. The pickup at hotel is timely, they have sms 2 times to ensure you the pickup timing and place to wait. Then will WhatsApp call you when they are 10 mins away. Return journey is pretty much the same, no lounge too. Everyone is sitting on the same public area waiting that’s all. Only this time round, I refuse to let any porter handle the baggage’s as mine is manageable for that short distance. Only for board boarding. Overall I could say the transfer is smooth. The crew are friendly but the Mismatch in advertising of the exclusive lounge was disappointing. Gave a 4 star still as the transfer is completed with good vehicles with air con.
