Our driver Arib was really helpful. He took us to the best places around and got us some good deals. He was very patient with our specific needs.
Our driver / tour guide, "AhLong" was very kind and knowledgable. We are very satisfied with his professional service. Thanks for explaining so much about Bintan to us for the whole day. We managed to visit all the places that we requested, and he even suggested some nice places to visit too! The only downside is that no one contacted us after making the booking. I had to Whatsapp them by myself to inform them on the places to visit. Would be better if the company or the assigned driver can contact us before the tour.
