PICKUP
Pickup inside the port at the dock of the ship, the driver holds a sign showing clients' name. Please provide customers' mobile phone number.
DROP-OFF
Drop-off at the Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (FCO) and/or to hotels and B&Bs in Fiumicino as indicated in the list. The journey from Civitavecchia to the airport takes about one hour, traffic permitting.
LUGGAGE
A) Luggage included: one standard suitecase and one hand-bag person
B) Standard suitcase: 70*43*26 centimeters and a maximum weight of 23 kilograms. C) Hand luggage: 40*30*20 with a maximum weight of 10 kilograms.
D) Extra luggage must be reported in advance and is subject to a supplement of Euro 25 to be paid directly to the driver
E) The company has the right to refuse to transfer passengers with excess luggage and reserves the right to apply supplements for excess baggage.
MISCELLANEOUS
1) The wheelchair must be reported at the time of booking and is subject to a supplement of Euro 25 to be paid directly to the driver
2) Walking frame or mobility scooter for disabled people must be reported at the time of booking and is subject to a supplement of Euro 25 to be paid directly to the driver
3) At the port of Civitavecchia, the waiting time included in the price is 15 minutes from the start of disembarkation procedures.
