Each person is entitled to one piece of luggage for free, with no size limit. Please note this when booking (if the vehicle becomes crowded due to failure to declare, the driver/guide reserves the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be provided). If the number of luggage pieces exceeds the limit, a fee of 2,000 JPY per piece will be charged.

Vehicle reference: 5-8 seater: Toyota Alphard or equivalent; 9-14 seater: Toyota Hiace or equivalent; 18-22 seater: minibus; 22+ seater: large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only and will be adjusted based on the actual number of participants on the day.

Driver/guide service (1-13 people: small group with a driver who also provides commentary; 14-45 people: bus tour, adjusted based on the actual number of participants on the day).

Due to unpredictable factors such as traffic, weather, holidays, or crowds, arrival times for each itinerary may vary. According to Japanese law, the maximum working time for drivers is 10 hours. To ensure the safety of the driver and the stability of the journey, the itinerary may be adjusted based on actual conditions, including reducing time at attractions, changing the order of attractions, or canceling certain stops. We sincerely hope for your understanding and support regarding adjustments made to ensure safety. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the aforementioned or other force majeure factors. Please understand our position that we will be unable to provide refunds in such cases. This decision is made out of responsibility for the safety of both the driver and passengers, and to ensure the smooth operation of the entire group.
