• Mermaid / mermaid swimming You will learn the right breathing technique and what to watch out for when you swim underwater. We try out the mermaid costume the monofins together. You will get comprehensive training for monofin swimming, opening your eyes underwater, how to take beautiful photos with your eyes closed, diving and surfacing, how to stay longer underwater and where you can see the most exciting underwater animals. We dive and swim with you and take photos for you, you can give yourself completely to the sea and the feeling of freedom. • Apnea Diving / Snorkeling You will get an introduction to freediving and learn how to do long and beautiful dives with just one breath. You will be instructed and trained in breathing technique, fin technique, pressure equalization and in handling all materials. After a short time it's off into the water and on your first apnea dives, we accompany you underwater and dive with you on the seabed. Experience the wonderful freedom underwater as a freediver, if you wish we can also take underwater photos!
