After emigration and once luggage has been claimed, our staff will wait with a MEXITOURS sign. Our staff is well uniformed with a black Polo shirt with the label of Mexitours. At your arrival, ask our staff for the security key.

Explanations from the MexiTour staff were clear on where to meet and get the shuttle. I was pleasantly surprised this was a meet-and-greet system, someone was outside the arrival gates with a sign for MexiTour, and Susie brought me to the airport exit to wait for my driver. As I arrived early in the morning, there were no other passengers and I had the car all to myself. The car looked like it had seen better days but it brought me to my hotel in good time and safely!
