Strolling through the alleys of the historical centre & monuments,we reach Corfu’s open fruit & fish market. We will buy our fresh organic products, harvested from the corfiot fields a few hours earlier, watch the local producers trying to sell their goods,feel the smell of fresh vegetable,fruit,fish and herbs! Tasting the REAL feta cheese is a MUST! After shopping you will drive your car(if you don't have one,tranfser can be provided at extra cost) in our villa,20km away,where you will learn to prepare and cook traditional greek recipes. Once you arrive at home,we will welcome you with a bruschetta on freshly baked handmade bread and we start with the “hands on” lunch preparation. Just before lunch,a walk in the ruins of our family 200 years old olive press, in our olive grove, and an olive oil tasting is all you need to increase your apetite for a mouthwatering lunch! By inviting you to our home,you spend a few relaxing hours and treated as part of our family!The ancient method of cooking in a wood-fire oven goes back centuries and it's worth trying a delicious meal prepared the same way our grandmothers used to cook.
