    Embark on a Journey of Conscious and Regenerative Tourism in Iguacu National Park. This unique experience combines two trails (Canafístula and Circuit Saint John) to offer a complete immersion in well-being, healing and history. Guided by instructors, you will practice the Deep Forest Bath (Shinrin-Yoku) with breathing and meditation techniques in the dense Atlantic Forest, promoting integral health and deep connection with nature. In addition, the tour reveals the pioneering history of the park, combining contemplation and knowledge.
