Our driver will also contact you in advance to arrange the meet-up point, ensuring a convenient and hassle-free pick-up location.

For Domestic Flights:

• If you have checked-in luggage, it is recommended to schedule your pick-up 30-40 minutes after your flight lands.
• If you have only a carry-on, 20 minutes after landing should be sufficient.

For International Flights:

• For international arrivals, we suggest scheduling your pick-up approximately 60-90 minutes after landing. This gives you ample time to clear customs and complete any formalities.

Once you’ve landed, we recommend calling your assigned driver to confirm your arrival, so they are aware of your presence and can expect you shortly.

• Please note that the car model is subject to arrangement and cannot be selected in advance.
• Baby seats are not available for this service.
• Transfer Area: Distances up to 35 kilometers (A surcharge will apply for destinations beyond this limit.)
• Excess Luggage: RM15 per item, payable directly to the driver in cash.

Note: Effective 1st December 2023, all international arrivals via land, air, and sea into Malaysia are required to complete the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) 3 days prior to arrival. This is for the integration of the arrival database with the updated Malaysia Immigration (MyIMM) system, which will enable mandatory biometric processing.
