It was very good. I loved watching the sunrise. The guide(Wikan) was very helpful and assisted to ensure we got to the top of mountain safely. I am also impressed with the way driver and tour guide(Rudi) had brought us to the beautiful places & also lots of nice photos at the waterfalls.
We were driven by Jero Kadek, who was very punctual, attentive and dedicated. We were very grateful to him for being our driver and getting us to our destination safely. I wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours and recommend him to anyone on this trip to Mount Batur.
Had a wonderful experience hiking up Mount Batur, a truly spectacular experience made only better by our friendly, engaging, and punctual driver, Jero Kadek. Jero went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible experience, and even helped recommend other experiences for us to try in Bali. Just did the Mount Batur sunrise hike and it was such a great experience! Our driver, Nick, was amazing — very warm, always on time, drove safely, and was very polite throughout the trip. The assigned hiking guide, Wikan, was also very helpful and patient, especially when I needed to take a few breaks during the hike. He also helped take many great photos for us at the top. Overall, the trip was very satisfying, well organized, and enjoyable. I highly recommend booking this trip through Pelago. Everything was smooth from start to finish!
We got this in best deal price for trekking , hot springs and river rafting .all the places were very good . Our guide ARI helped a lot in Mount batur trekking and the driver WAYAN BAGONK was exactly on time and was good driver .
This was a fantastic trip, and despite the steep climb, the views are worth it from the top. Additionally, our driver Agus, and our guide, Agus, were super friendly, easy-going, and loved to have a chat. I cannot recommend them enough!
Our driver Agus was really patient, and an excellent driver. Pick up arrangements were clear and punctual. Our hiking guide, Kecen, was also very friendly. Took care of us well. I added the hot spring option, it is very worthwhile. Highly recommend.
