Highlights

Pets aren't allowed
The Lost City will be closed due to maintenance from January 7th until February 24th. Reopening day on February 25th
Children's attraction ‘The Lost City’ will be closed between 24 November and 1 December

Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult
There are height restrictions for the thrill rides (1.10m, 1.25m, 1.40m for the water slide)
Usage
Show your smartphone voucher to the driver when you board the bus at the meeting point (see map)
Meeting point: Av. Venezuela, 10-28, 38400 Puerto de la Cruz, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain (Bus Stop in front of Bar Iberia)
The driver will provide you a separate ticket for Siam Park
Transfers take about 90 minutes (one-way)
Return from Siam Park at 16:45 from 30 Oct-31 March and at 17:45 from 1 April-29 Oct
Make sure to be on time!
