It was lovely to be out on a boat seeing the beautiful coastline and islands from the water. A good way of getting to Amalfi. We didn’t stop at Positano due to difficult winds, which didn’t bother us. In fact possibly a blessing as there were so many people on the boat that it took forever to embark and disembark. There weren’t enough seats for everyone, people standing on the upper deck meant your view was blocked. There was no safety briefing and I doubt very much if there were life vests for everyone on board. The crew did their best to ‘manage’ the crowd.
So, the sheer number of people spoiled the experience.
