• Reservations can be made for a minimum of 2 adults.
• Accompanying guests other than the massage therapist are not allowed.
• Please note that the reservation time is the pickup time.
• Infants are allowed, but please inform us in advance.
• If you contact or visit the massage shop directly without our individual confirmation information (KakaoTalk), it may not be possible to check availability or confirm the reservation.
• If you wish to travel individually, please visit us at your reservation time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, you will be treated as a no-show and no refunds or changes will be possible.
• Please inquire separately about babysitting services.
• There is a shower facility so you can take a simple shower.
• When adjusting the intensity of the massage, just tell the therapist “salsa” or “hard” in Korean.
• If additional charges occur, you will be notified separately.
• The event may be canceled due to natural disasters, and individual notification will be provided if the event cannot be held.
• Partial refunds will not be issued if the time is shortened or the schedule is changed due to natural disasters or other reasons.
• You will not be able to use the product if you are not at the pickup time and location provided or if you are more than 5 minutes late.
• Keep valuables to yourself or be careful not to lose them.
• Please make sure to purchase travel insurance individually.
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by your health (preexisting conditions, etc.) or accidents caused by your own negligence.
• We are responsible for providing information on this independent travel product, and the actual event is conducted through a local company.

• Cancellation reception criteria: 10:00 to 18:00 on weekdays (excluding weekends and public holidays)
• Requests received after operating hours will be applied on the next business day.
