- Mountain Center Ticket & Rental Counter: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM.
- Standard Lift Operation: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM / 4:00 PM (varies by season and lift).
- Night Skiing: Available on specific lifts (e.g., Center Express) until 7:00 PM during high season.
- Please check the official website for the latest daily operating hours and lift status.
Must Know
- The 6-hour time ticket starts from the moment you first pass through the lift gate.
- A refundable deposit of 500 JPY is required for the RFID lift card.
- Refunds for lift closures due to bad weather are subject to the resort's internal regulations.

- Gateway Express is free for those using specific parking lots (5 and 6) and purchasing at the Mountain Center.

All smooth. No issue. With cashback very good price.
Kiroro is a great resort. Even when half the mountain was closed for windhold, the runs that were open felt incredible. This pass was convenient enough to use and was very affordable.
