[Precautions]

  • When the number of participants does not reach the minimum (6 guests), an email notification to cancel or reschedule will be sent 1-2 days before the departure date
  • In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision will be made whether the tour will be canceled before 6:00 pm one day before departure, and you will be notified by email at any time thereafter
  • This experience is not recommended for tourists with the following conditions or other conditions that may be triggered by this activity: Asthma, epilepsy, pregnancy
  • Skiing is a risky sport and is not suitable for young children, pregnant people, and the elderly. Skiing is intense and dangerous, so it is recommended to purchase domestic travel insurance or accident insurance before departure
  • Basic instructions will be provided by a single instructor for every 15-20 people. The actual situation is mainly based on the availability of the instructors on the day
  • The bus can only wait for 5 minutes after the specified gathering time. Latecomers will not be accepted for rescheduling or refunds on the same day. If a group member is late or the traffic conditions are poor that day, the pickup time may be delayed by 10-15 minutes
  • If there is an accident with other tourists during skiing, on-site translation assistance will be provided. Medical treatment or compensation expenses must be shouldered by the guests themselves
  • Due to safety considerations, it is prohibited to walk on the snow track with equipment in hand in the ski resort. If you do not have ski equipment, you are not allowed to enter the ski resort and are limited to the dining area
  • If you change the reservation content/departure date/number of people within 24 hours of departure, a handling fee of JP¥2,000/person will be charged. Please double-check the number of people and departure date before booking
  • The ski equipment needs to be reserved in advance. Changes to the package inclusions cannot be processed with a refund request. It is recommended to reserve lift passes in advance to get a better discount
  • Children under 3 years of age may ride for free if they do not occupy a seat. Please state the number of children joining in the "Requests & Remarks" section and bring supporting documents, such as IDs, on the day. Failure to follow these instructions will result in a penalty of JP¥7,500/person
