Highlights
We offer regular services from Rossaveal on the coast of Connemara to Kilronan, the main village on Inishmore via four services a day during peak season evenly spaced between 9am and 6pm. The crossing takes about 40 minutes. On your arrival explore this beautiful traditional island offering a range of activities, eateries and shops. You may choose to explore the island further by traditional horse and cart, or mini-bus guides are available on arrival.
A regular coach service links Galway City to Rossaveal which is located about 50km (one-hour drive) the city.
Itinerary
We have recently moved our boarding from a solid pier to floating pontoons. Depending on tides, these are not always suitable for boarding wheelchair passengers. Please contact us in advance of travel so that we can assess the tides and advise you accordingly.
