Walk the golden cliffs of Praia da Marinha to the famous heart-shaped rock and look straight down into Benagil Cave from the cliffs above. Then enjoy 2 hours of free time in the charming village of Carvoeiro for lunch, a walk by the sea or the beach. We finish at Algar Seco, among rock formations and natural pools, with an optional cliff jump in the warmer months.

1 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeWe start with a guided walk along the golden cliffs above Praia da Marinha, one of the most famous beaches in Europe. Your guide takes you to the best viewpoints, including the famous heart-shaped rock, and takes photos of you along the way.Algar de Benagil
2 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeAfter a short 10-minute drive, we walk to the cliffs above Benagil Cave. From here, you look straight down through the round opening in the roof of the cave to the sea below. This is the view that everyone wants to see. This is a land tour, so we don't go inside the cave.Carvoeiro
2 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeA 15-minute drive takes us to the charming village of Carvoeiro. You have 2 hours of free time for lunch, a walk by the sea or time on the beach. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants, or you can bring a picnic. Your guide will happily share their favourite places.Carvoeiro Boardwalk
15 minsAdmission Ticket FreeAfter lunch, we walk together along the Carvoeiro boardwalk. It follows the top of the cliffs, with wide views over the village and the sea.Algar Seco
45 minsAdmission Ticket FreeThe boardwalk takes us to Algar Seco, a place full of rock formations, natural pools and small caves shaped by the sea. In the warmer months, when the sea is safe, you can try an optional cliff jump. Your guide checks the conditions first and helps you jump safely.

Amazing Tour Experience! The tour was a great experience from start to finish! The pick-up location was very easy to find, right in the centre of the city, which made everything very convenient. Our tour guide, Geraldine, was extremely friendly, social, and welcoming. She shared lots of interesting stories, as well as her own personal experiences, which made the tour feel much more engaging and personal. We also never felt rushed. We had plenty of time to explore and take as many pictures as we wanted. The car was comfortable and had air conditioning, which was especially nice during the longer trip. The tour started at around 9:30 and finished around 17:30, making it a full and truly worthwhile day trip. Overall, it was an amazing experience and a great opportunity for anyone staying in Faro who wants to explore more of the area. Highly recommended!
