Notice: From May 11 to July 15, 2026, and from December 7 to December 18, 2026, the ropeway will be temporarily closed for equipment maintenance. The itinerary will be replaced with the Samurai Ship instead.

Very interesting trip with all the photo spots covered with sufficient time in every stop. Tom was very helpful throughout the whole trip. He is thorough and was the only guide I came across that made a verbal check on all participating groups to make sure that everyone is onboard. You will definitely be in safe hands with him.
Everything went smooth and our tour guide really help a lot. He also very knowledgeable and friendly.
Overall the tour is relaxing and enjoyable. The tour guide Leo is helpful and provide detail information about the whole tour and duration. The only issue is this tour included the cable ropeway which is replaced by the boat ride due to maintenance due July. I think this should be reflected in the tour description so we are informed before signing up the tour. We can decide to choose this tour or other options.
Everything went smoothly and according to plan. I would have given 5 stars if there is more time for each location.
Our guide Leonard is very good and knowledgeable. 👍🏻 The whole tour was nice, just a bit rushed, Try not to take the meal option, felt cheated, 2,000yen for a chicken karaage meal and it’s not nice at all. Just grab some food from Lawson, and it’s good enough
The itinerary was well organized, and we visited several beautiful spots around Mt. Fuji, including Lake Kawaguchi and Oshino Hakkai. The matcha-making experience was also enjoyable and gave us a chance to learn more about Japanese culture. Our guide, Leo, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the trip. He provided clear instructions, shared interesting information about the places we visited, and made sure everyone was comfortable and on schedule. Despite the busy crowds, the tour ran smoothly, and we were able to enjoy some amazing views of Mt. Fuji.
