- Please download the Global Ballooning mobile app then enter the Global Ballooning Booking I.D. to access your booking – this is the ONLY way you will receive your flight update (Apple / Android). Please make sure your notifications are switched ON in your phone settings so you can receive updates. You will receive a notification by 6 pm the night before your flight. In case of an emergency, there is an after-hours online chat function available for you to message the Global Ballooning team
- The meeting time will vary throughout different seasons depending on the hour of the sunrise. The below information will indicate meeting times but should be used as a guide only
- The final flight information will be provided via email and text message. Please provide a reachable mobile phone number and email to ensure you receive all flight updates, and kindly check the messages prior to the tour
Reminders
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you

The meetup time is usually 2 hours before sunrise. Travelers are advised to wear warm and windproof clothes

Passengers must re-confirm on the night before the trip, between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Failure to do so may result in miscommunication and failure to fly, forfeiting your booking altogether. Please adjust your travel plans according to the details given by the service provider during the reconfirmation
The minimum age to participate in this tour is 6 years old. Children ages 6 to 12 are welcome to fly when accompanied by a parent or guardian

All passengers are driven back to the meeting point, which is where breakfast is held (if included in your booking)
