- Reservations are not available for infants (under 2 years old) and pregnant women of all ages.
- There are a total of 7 spa rooms (including 4 jacuzzi rooms), and all spa rooms are couple rooms. If you make a reservation for 1 person, you will receive the spa alone in the couple room. If there are 2 people in the reservation, 1 person can receive the herbal ball and 1 person can receive the aromatherapy in the same room.
- There is only one Thai massage room, and up to 4 people can be accommodated in the same room.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your spa reservation time, your reservation will be cancelled as a NO SHOW. We recommend that you arrive earlier than your reservation time. (100% no changes or refunds)
- You can store your luggage while you stay at the spa.
- Except for Thai massage, you can shower after the spa.
- Hair dryers and combs are not provided in the spa rooms, but they can be provided upon request upon arrival at the spa shop.
